Craft Introduction

The frame adopts high-strength low-alloy steel, formed by stamping, robot welding and stress-relief treatment. Welding seams are inspected one by one to avoid hidden cracks. The cab undergoes integral stamping, electrophoretic anti-corrosion primer and topcoat baking process, resisting rust even in humid and dusty overseas environments. Key connecting pipelines use seamless steel pipes and spiral air hoses, with sealed interfaces to prevent air leakage. All core components go through incoming inspection, assembly debugging and off-line road test.

Function Introduction

The streamlined high-roof double sleeper cab comes with an aerodynamic wind deflector, cutting wind resistance during highway travel to save fuel. Production & Quality Inspection Process

Raw material & chassis incoming inspection We check the chassis, steel plates, engine, gearbox, axle, fittings and paint. Unqualified parts will be rejected directly to avoid hidden risks at source.
Frame cutting, stamping and robotic welding inspection Workers inspect the size and welding seams of the frame after robot welding. Welds are checked for cracks, pores and incomplete penetration.
Cab forming and anti-corrosion process inspection Check integral stamping quality, electrophoretic coating and baking paint. Ensure uniform coating, no missing paint and good rust resistance.
Assembly stage by-stage inspection Follow the assembly sequence: powertrain, steering system, brake system, pipeline, electrical circuit, fuel tank and fifth wheel. Every station records inspection data.
Pre-commissioning static test Carry out static debugging: engine start-up, air tightness test of brake pipelines, circuit function test, instrument and lighting inspection. Fix air leakage, oil leakage and electrical faults before road test.
Whole vehicle road test Test the truck under loaded condition. Check acceleration, braking stability, steering, abnormal noise and temperature rise of key parts.
Final pre-shipment inspection (PSI) Full recheck of appearance, marking, tire pressure, fifth wheel, warning lights, documents and export packaging. Only qualified trucks can be arranged for delivery.
