Develop a requirements analysis. Based on factors such as functionality, performance, and operating environment, work with the client to develop a detailed user requirements specification, thereby determining development goals.

Preliminary design. Based on the requirements analysis, a design plan is developed, including setting functions and parameters, basic calculations, and drawing a preliminary 3D layout, followed by an initial review with the client.

Detailed scheme design. Initial review feedback is received, and an implementation plan is designed. The overall 3D model drawing is revised and refined, 3D drawings of parts are created, and finite element analysis and dynamic simulation of structural components are performed. A second review is then conducted with the client.

Finalize the design and prepare the drawings. Consider the feedback from the second review and revise the design accordingly. Draw floor plans (such as part drawings, component assembly drawings, and general assembly drawings, painting drawings, etc.), and produce a parts list and a list of vulnerable parts.

Prepare all technical documents, including promotional and technical samples, and product user manuals.
