This SINOTRUK HOWO 6x4 Off-road Tractor Chassis is built for rough unpaved roads in mines, quarries and remote construction sites. Its frame is stamped from thick high-strength steel with full-segment welding and weld flaw detection to resist cracking under rough vibration. Chassis pipelines are arranged separately. Pneumatic spiral hoses are covered with wear-resistant sleeves, and joints adopt anti-loosening locks to avoid air and oil leakage in dusty, stony environments. Ample service space behind the cab gives easy access to the engine and air valves for fast on-site maintenance.

It is powered by a Weichai engine with quenched and tempered components, delivering strong low-speed torque for steady climbing under full load. Gearbox gears are carburized and quenched for great wear and shock resistance. The heavy-duty leaf spring suspension with rubber buffers works together with deep-tread off-road tires for reliable traction to avoid slipping. Equipped with a hardened standard 50-inch fifth wheel with firm locking, this Off-road Tractor Chassis is compatible with tank trailers, low-bed trailers and many other semi-trailers for versatile hauling jobs.

It adopts an air brake system with ABS and thickened air reservoirs for stable braking on downhill and curved sections to prevent wheel lock. Rear lights are protected by metal grilles against flying stones and reduce maintenance costs. LHD/RHD layout, Euro 2/Euro 3 emission standards and rear axle ratios are customizable. Every unit passes tightness test, fifth wheel locking test and simulated bump inspection before delivery.
