Product Functions
This 20CBM water tanker is equipped with a full set of professional sprinkling functions, including front flushing, rear spraying, side water spray, long-range water cannon and self-priming water feeding. Adopting precision pipeline welding technology, the water system delivers stable water pressure and uniform water output.
It supports multi-angle and long-distance spraying to finish dust suppression, road cleaning, irrigation and emergency water supply efficiently. Featuring simple operation and low failure rate, it is a fully functional sanitation engineering vehicle.

Product Details Introduction
The tank adopts integrated rolling forming technology with thickened carbon steel, double-layer anti-corrosion coating inside and outside for excellent sealing. The complete water valves and hydraulic pipelines are made of high-quality corrosion-resistant fittings with neat layout. The control handle enables quick switch of water supply to reduce leakage risk and ensure stable long-term sanitation operation.
The rear part is equipped with multi-functional water cannon with 360° rotation for long-range water spraying. Non-slip working platform, protective guardrail and access ladder are equipped for easy equipment adjustment. Multiple nozzles support rear sprinkling, side spraying and high-range water spray for construction dust suppression, garden irrigation and emergency water supply.
The chassis frame is stamped and welded with high-strength steel plate for outstanding load capacity. Heavy-duty off-road patterned tires feature strong grip, wear and tear resistance, suitable for unpaved rough roads on construction sites and rural areas. Reinforced frame brackets distribute tank load to improve driving stability and extend service life.

Raw Material Inspection & Tank Fabrication
All chassis, carbon steel plates, water pumps, valves and pipeline accessories are original qualified parts and inspected before warehousing to guarantee quality from the source. The tank adopts integrated rolling technology and automatic robot welding for uniform welding and excellent tightness. After rust removal, double-layer anti-corrosion coating and high-temperature curing, the tank is anti-rust and corrosion-resistant for harsh overseas high-temperature and dusty environments.

Precision Vehicle Assembly
All vehicles are assembled in accordance with standard export procedures, including chassis modification, tank fixing, pipeline arrangement, electrical and sprinkling system installation. Water Pressure Test & Comprehensive QC Inspection
Every truck passes full water pressure and tightness test. All sprinkling functions including front flushing, rear spraying, side spraying, water cannon and self-priming water supply are fully tested to ensure stable water pressure and zero leakage. Our QC team inspects chassis braking, circuit, paint, cab and safety accessories one by one. Only qualified vehicles can proceed.
