Incoming Material Inspection
When raw materials such as steel plates, profiles, refrigeration units, tires and engine chassis arrive, QC engineers check mill certificates and compliance documents, and sample-test thickness, appearance and dimensions. Non-conforming materials are returned and never enter the next process.

Cutting & Forming Inspection
After CNC cutting, inspect edge flatness and dimensional accuracy. After rolling, check ovality and curvature to ensure uniform weld joints on tanks and box bodies.

Welding Process Inspection
After welding of tanks, frames and box skeletons, QC engineers inspect weld appearance - no porosity, slag inclusion or cold welds. Critical load-bearing welds undergo spot crack detection to ensure structural quality.

Anti-Corrosion & Painting Inspection
After sandblasting, check surface cleanliness. After painting, measure film thickness (primer + topcoat) and inspect for sagging, missing spots or color inconsistency.

Superstructure Assembly Inspection
Tank/box mounting to chassis is properly bolted. Pipelines, valves, electrical wiring and safety components (guardrails, ladders, reflective markings) are all verified in place.

Functional Live Test
• Water sprinkler truck: Engage PTO and run a 1-hour continuous spray test, checking every nozzle and valve for leaks.
• Refrigerated truck: Run the refrigeration unit from ambient temperature down to setpoint, recording pull-down time and temperature stability.
• Other special vehicles: Test lifting, crane operation, spraying and other core functions one by one.

Road Test
Verify engine performance, braking, steering response and lighting on the road. Confirm no abnormal noise or fluid leakage.

Final Inspection & Documentation
After final approval, issue a QC report with factory photos. The truck is cleaned, reflective markings applied, and export documents (customs declaration, packing list, invoice, certificate) prepared, ready for container loading and shipment.
