We select premium PPGI galvanized corrugated steel sheet as outer panel material. Each steel plate goes through laser cutting, numerical control bending and roll forming, ensuring uniform corrugation shape and precise dimension tolerance, which lays the foundation for stable box structure.
• The internal reinforcing skeleton is welded with square steel tubes by CO₂ gas shielded welding process. All welding joints are full seam welded instead of spot welding. After welding, workers will calibrate the whole frame to eliminate welding deformation. We use rivets plus high-strength anti-loosening bolts for the connection between skeleton and outer panels.
• This dual fixing method prevents panel separation and loose joints under long-term bumpy driving and frequent loading and unloading, which is a key advantage for African rough road conditions.

• The rear double swing door assembly is produced with independent mould. The door frame is reinforced with thickened square steel. We install heavy-duty multi-point linkage lock set and thickened EPDM rubber sealing strip around the door gap. The sealing strip adopts integrated corner moulding design without splicing gap. Butyl waterproof sealant is filled at all assembly joints, which effectively blocks rainwater, dust and sand from penetrating into the cargo compartment and protects packaged dry cargo from moisture damage.
• The corrugated structural design is not just for appearance. The wave-shaped panel can disperse external impact force evenly, improve bending resistance of the side wall, and realize lightweight plus high strength. Compared with flat plate cargo box, our corrugated van body has stronger anti-deformation performance and longer service life under continuous daily delivery operation. We also reserve small drainage holes at the bottom of box side plates to avoid ponding inside the box and slow down bottom corrosion.
