Production Technology
Our single-axle tanker uses mature, reliable manufacturing to ensure strength and safety. The tank body is made of high-strength steel plates, shaped by automatic rolling and welded by double-sided submerged arc welding to prevent leaks. Internal baffles reduce liquid sloshing and improve driving stability.
We apply anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments with phosphate cleaning and electrostatic spraying for long-term durability. The tank is pressure-tested and air-tight tested before leaving the factory. Piping, valves, and emergency shut-off systems follow international safety standards. Every truck passes full inspection for quality, safety, and service life.
